The regular price is $100 per person. For this National Scavenger Hunt Day celebration, the price drops to $50 per person for groups that purchase between May 22–29, 2026. The minimum group size is 20 people and this offer is capped at 40 people maximum, priced per head. Included is the full Holy City Wanderer experience: a 30-min connections activity, 15-min hunt briefing, 2-hour hunt, 15-min recap and results reveal, and all event media delivered afterward. No hidden fees, no add-ons — this experience runs exactly as designed.
Question 2: Do we have to run the event on May 24th?
Not at all. You purchase the discounted package between May 22–29, 2026. Upon purchase, you'll coordinate your event date directly with our team. Your event must be scheduled and fully facilitated by November 24, 2026 — that's a full 6 months of flexibility to find the right date for your group.
Question 3: What if our group is larger than 20 people?
The minimum is 20 people and this special offer is capped at 40 people maximum. Enter your headcount at checkout and you'll be priced at $50 per person. Teams are divided into groups of 6–8 throughout the hunt, so the experience works seamlessly whether you bring 20 or 40.
Question 4: How much planning do we need to do on our end?
Almost none. Once your purchase is complete, we reach out to coordinate your event date and send a pre-event brief with logistics (where to meet, what to tell your team, etc.). From there we handle everything. Your only job on the day is to show up at Waterfront Park.
Question 5: Can we customize the hunt for our company or theme?
This offer is for the Holy City Wanderer as designed — no customizations are included or available at this price point. The format, clues, media, and facilitation are proven and ready to go. If you're interested in a fully customized event, reach out to discuss options beyond this offer.
Question 6: What if team members have different fitness levels or mobility needs?
The Holy City Wanderer is designed to be accessible and enjoyable for everyone — it's a walking adventure, not an obstacle course. The pace is self-directed by each team. If you have specific accessibility needs for any participants, let us know on the call and we'll accommodate accordingly.
